For Students Who Are Applying for Grants

Clear guidelines for grant application refunds and processing

Grant Not Approved

If a grant application is not approved by the college management, the application fee will be 100% refunded within 7 working days.

Full refund guaranteed | Processing time: 7 working days

Grant Approved

If the grant application is approved by College Management, the fee becomes non-refundable.

No refund available once grant is approved

Registration Fee Policy

Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, as it is one time and students can apply to 1 or more colleges.

Please note that all refunds or adjustments are subject to the sole discretion of Edugrt.

For Institutes

Guidelines for college listing fees and institutional partnerships

College Listing & Data Package Fees

College listing fees / student data package fee paid to Edugrt are non-refundable. However, upon request, the paid amount may be adjusted toward additional student listings or a subscription upgrade.

Against Event Cancellation

Edugrt reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events

Event Cancellation by Edugrt

In case Edugrt cancels an event, 100% of course fees will be refunded to the delegate if the refund raise request is within 10 days of purchase of course.

Travel & logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded

Event Postponement

In case Edugrt cancels/postpones an event, participants who are ahead of 7 days of purchase will be rescheduled to any upcoming batch without any extra charges.

For Online Educational Courses

Comprehensive guidelines for online course refunds and eligibility criteria

Eligibility

Refunds are available to students who have enrolled in Edugrt's Online courses and meet the specified criteria outlined in the refund policy.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of enrollment or 1 day before course activation.

Valid Reasons for Refund

  • Dissatisfaction with course content or quality
  • Technical issues preventing access to course materials
  • Unmet expectations regarding course outcomes
  • Non-commencing of online classes due to unavoidable conditions

Refund Process

Students must submit a formal refund request through the designated channel provided by Edugrt, such as an online form or email.

The request should include the student's details, enrollment/course information, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation if required.

Edugrt support team will review the request and may reach out to the student for further clarification if needed.

Refunds will be processed within a specified timeframe upon approval of the request.

Refund Timeline

It usually takes up to 7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your source account.

Partial Refunds

No partial refund will be provided to any students who want to discontinue online courses/classes after commencement of the batch.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Course materials or resources accessed/downloaded by the student
  • Certificates of completion issued upon course completion
  • Discontinuation of classes after batch commencement
  • Promotional items or bundled services included with the course

Important Policy Information

Discretionary Refunds: Edugrt reserves the right to grant refunds at its discretion, especially in cases where extenuating circumstances exist beyond the standard refund policy.

Communication: Edugrt will communicate the refund policy clearly to all prospective students prior to enrollment. This includes displaying the policy on the website, during the enrollment process, and in confirmation emails.

Policy Updates: Edugrt retains the right to update or modify the refund policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to existing and prospective students in a timely manner.

Customer Support: Edugrt will provide dedicated customer support channels to address refund inquiries promptly and professionally.
