Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of students, colleges, and Edugrt.

For Students

Essential guidelines and policies that all students must understand and follow

Registration Fee

  • The one-time registration fee is valid for 1 year or 1 academic session.
  • The registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Students may apply to one or multiple colleges using the same one-time registration fee.

Processing Fee

  • The processing fee is 100% refundable only if the seat is cancelled by the college management.
  • The processing fee is non-refundable if the student cancels a confirmed seat, regardless of the reason.

Admission Confirmation

Final confirmation of admission is subject to:

  • Completion of required entrance exams
  • Counselling procedures
  • Submission and verification of documents
  • Meeting eligibility marks/criteria
  • Compliance with all rules and regulations of the respective University/College

Student Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent and timely communication with the college management during the application process.
  • Act truthfully, ethically, and responsibly at all times.
  • Complete all application forms and submit all required supporting documents (e.g., transcripts, test scores, letters of recommendation) before deadlines.
  • Provide 24 hours' notice for cancelling any service, course, or provisional admission.
  • Provide background information to EDUGRT as requested (e.g., student/parent questionnaires, transcripts, test scores, school profile).

5. College Visits & Interviews

  • Students must schedule and attend college tours, interviews, or counselling sessions as required by the respective College or University.
  • All travel expenses before and after admission must be borne by the student or their guardian.

6. Document Authenticity

  • All testimonials and educational certificates submitted must be authentic and verifiable.
  • Any discrepancies may lead to cancellation of admission.

7. Fee Adjustments

Any grant or fee adjustment will be handled directly between the student and the college management, according to their policies.

8. Refund Policy

Any applicable refund will be processed within 7 working days, after complete verification and analysis of the case.

Grant Amount Parity

Grant amount offers declared during registration must be equal to or higher than offers made through any other agencies or consultancy partners. If any other agency offers a higher grant amount, it will be considered a violation of the agreement. In such cases, students registered or forwarded through Edugrt may request the same higher grant amount at any time, before or after the admission process.

Student Association with Edugrt

Once a student's provisional letter containing credentials has been issued / confirmed in college admin or emailed by the college, the candidate will be officially treated under the Edugrt banner.

Grant Amount Disbursement

All grant amounts must be paid or adjusted in accordance with the declarations made during registration. The college management is required to adhere strictly to these commitments.

4. Legal Accountability for Grant Fee

If the college management fails to provide the grant fee, Edugrt management / students are entitled to take legal action against the college. In such situations, the college registration form will be considered a legally binding promissory document against the college management.

5. Delay in Grant Fee Release

In cases of delayed grant fee disbursement, the college management must address the issue directly with the students and resolve it mutually with both the students and their parents.

6. Reporting Student Discrepancies

If any discrepancies are identified in student information or eligibility, the college management must promptly notify Edugrt and collaborate closely to resolve the matter as per Edugrt's guidelines.

7. Processing of Edugrt Student Leads

All student leads provided through the Edugrt portal must be processed accurately. The college management must ensure timely follow-up and regularly update Edugrt on the progress and status of each student.

8. Confidentiality of Student Information

The college management is responsible for safeguarding all student data shared through the Edugrt portal. Such information must be used strictly for grant assistance and admission-related processes only.

9. Transparency in Grant Communication

The college must provide clear, detailed, and transparent communication to students regarding the availability, eligibility, and disbursement process of grant funds.

10. Accurate Information to Students

The college management must ensure that students receive up-to-date and accurate information regarding available courses, admission procedures, and grant opportunities. Any changes affecting student leads or grant disbursement must be promptly communicated to Edugrt.

11. Timely Response to Student Queries

The college must respond to all student queries or concerns related to grants or leads within a reasonable timeframe to avoid unnecessary delays in the admission process.

12. Documentation Verification

The college management must verify that all required documents for grant or admission eligibility (such as academic records, identity proofs, income certificates, etc.) are correctly submitted by students through the Edugrt portal.

13. Notification of Student Withdrawal

Edugrt must be notified immediately if a student withdraws or drops out. Any pending grant allocations for such students must be either cancelled or reassigned accordingly.

14. Adherence to Admission Timelines

The college management must comply with all deadlines and procedural timelines established by the University or college authorities to ensure that no student's eligibility is compromised due to administrative delays.

15. Permission for Promotional Use

The college agrees to allow Edugrt to use its name in all forms of digital and print media for promotional purposes, including banners, advertisements, marketing materials, and landing pages.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
